How Zeltask solves your operation

Harvest preparation and continuity

At harvest, a failure will not wait. Arrive with everything running and respond without stopping intake.

  • Preventive maintenance of presses, pumps, lines and cold before the harvest
  • Corrective work orders without stopping grape intake
  • Critical spare parts secured in inventory
  • Full history per asset, with QR access

Thermal control of fermentation

A temperature deviation can ruin a batch. Record it and act in time.

  • Temperature records per tank
  • Tracking of out-of-range deviations
  • Link to incident and asset when the cold fails
  • History by batch and by fermentation

Sanitation (CIP) and food safety

Standardize the cleaning that protects the quality of the wine.

  • CIP checklist for tanks and lines
  • Cleaning verification and chemical control
  • Signed and dated records
  • Nonconformities that trigger a corrective action

Batch traceability for D.O. and export

A single thread from the grape to the bottle.

  • Link grape/block → tank → batch → bottling
  • Backup for the Denomination of Origin, the VI1 and the analysis bulletin
  • An orderly Harvest and Inventory Declaration
  • A single source of truth for the audit

How a flow plays out

Cold failure in a fermenting tank: from the alert to a safe batch.

  1. 1

A process control detects an out-of-range temperature in Tank 12.

  2. 2

An incident is raised, linked to the tank and the refrigeration equipment.

  3. 3

A corrective maintenance work order goes to the technician on shift; the spare part is drawn from inventory.

  4. 4

It is carried out and documented; fermentation returns to range.

  5. 5

The batch and asset record remains, ready for quality and for D.O. traceability.

A batch lost to a cold failure or a stoppage at harvest cannot be recovered. Zeltask protects the process and keeps traceability ready for certification.

Everything you need, in a single platform

  • Preventive maintenance of tanks/presses/pumps
  • Work orders
  • Assets with QR
  • Spare-parts inventory
  • Temperature records per tank
  • Deviation tracking
  • CIP / sanitation checklist
  • Quality inspections
  • Traceability grape → tank → batch → bottle
  • Nonconformities / CAPA
  • Sensor integration via API/webhooks
  • Reports for the SAG and D.O.

Without SAG certification, your wine cannot be exported with its origin.

The SAG is the official body that certifies the potability, genuineness and denomination of origin of wines that are exported. To declare grape variety, geographical origin, vintage year or "Estate Bottled" on the label, you need the Denomination of Origin Certificate; for the European Union, the simplified VI1, backed by an analysis bulletin. Your winery must be registered in the SAG online system for the inspections and oversight that give the product its traceability, and keep the Harvest and Inventory Declaration up to date.

Zeltask organizes the traceability and process evidence that underpin those certifications — no last-minute paper hunt.
