How Zeltask solves your operation
Continuity within the season window
A stoppage at peak is fruit that does not ship. Stay ahead of the failure.
- Pre-season preventive maintenance of lines and sizers
- Corrective work orders without stopping the shift
- Critical spare parts secured in inventory
- Full history per asset, with QR access
Quality and phytosanitary inspections
Standardize the controls that decide whether the fruit passes or is rejected.
- Checklist for receiving, size, defects and ripeness
- Controls aligned with SAG and destination-market requirements
- Photos and evidence on the spot
- Nonconformities that trigger a corrective action
Cold chain and pre-cooling
Cold is part of the product: control it by cold room and tunnel.
- Temperature records in cold rooms and tunnels
- Tracking of out-of-range deviations
- Pre-cooling and controlled-atmosphere control
- Backup for the cold certificate
Traceability from orchard to shipment
A single thread from the orchard to the shipped pallet.
- Link orchard/CSG → batch → pallet → shipment
- Backup for phytosanitary certification and pre-shipment
- Batch-rejection management
- A single source of truth for the audit and the customer
Sizer failure in the middle of the season: from detection to shipment.
- 1
An inspection round detects an anomaly in the sizer.
- 2
An incident is raised, linked to the asset, without stopping the entire line.
- 3
A corrective maintenance work order goes to the technician on shift; the spare part is drawn from inventory.
- 4
It is carried out and documented; the line returns to normal.
- 5
The asset history remains, and the batch traceability stays intact for shipment.

In a window of weeks, a line stoppage or a cold breach cannot be recovered. Zeltask keeps your equipment running and your fruit traceable and certified.

Without SAG certification, the fruit does not ship.
To export fresh fruit, the SAG issues the Phytosanitary Certificate attesting compliance with destination-market requirements; for the United States, the inspection is carried out at the sites of the SAG/USDA-APHIS/Frutas de Chile Pre-Shipment Program. The inspection verifies phytosanitary conditions and traceability, and a batch with pests or damage is rejected. Products requiring cold add the corresponding certificate. Traceability —from orchard to packing to shipment— is the backbone of the whole system.
Zeltask organizes that evidence and traceability into daily operations, so you reach the inspection with no surprises.
