Everything you need to know about Zeltask
Zeltask is offered under a single Premium plan priced at €500 per month. This includes up to 10 Admin and Manager users, with unlimited frontline staff and external users. Additional Admin or Manager users can be added for €35 per month, or €30 per month with annual billing. Pricing is transparent and designed to reflect how plants actually operate.
A typical implementation takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on plant size, number of workflows, and asset complexity. This includes system configuration, setup of inspections, assets, and maintenance flows, as well as onboarding of key users. Zeltask supports gradual rollout and does not require long consulting projects.
Zeltask is designed to work alongside existing systems. We provide API access to support custom integrations and data exchange. Integrations with IIoT and sensor platforms are currently in development and can be scoped on demand as custom projects, with additional costs depending on scope. Native ERP integrations are not yet available and are handled on a case-by-case basis where required.
Zeltask follows standard security best practices, including data encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, and regular backups. The platform operates in compliance with GDPR requirements. Security measures are continuously reviewed and improved as the platform evolves.
All customers on the Premium plan receive the same level of support. Zeltask provides a chatbot available 24/7 for immediate assistance. Human customer support is available via chat and email from 9:00 to 20:00 (CET). Additional onboarding and implementation support may be provided depending on scope.
Yes. Zeltask provides mobile apps for iOS and Android, built for frontline use. Offline functionality is currently available for inspection execution, allowing inspections to be completed without connectivity and synced once back online. Support for additional offline workflows is in development.
Yes. Zeltask is designed for gradual adoption. Many customers start with a limited set of workflows, such as inspections or maintenance, and expand over time as teams become familiar with the platform and value is demonstrated.
Yes. Zeltask is built with food and beverage manufacturing as its primary focus. Workflows, terminology, and compliance support are designed around the operational and regulatory realities of food plants.
Not necessarily. Zeltask can coexist with existing tools and systems. It is often used to replace fragmented workflows and manual coordination, while integrating or aligning with other systems already in place.
No. Zeltask delivers value without sensors. IIoT integrations can be added later if needed, but they are not required to use the platform effectively.
